1. DO follow through with the Cleansing Ritual
twice daily on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to food. Note: If you get nauseated after the
Cleansing Ritual, you may be one of the rare individuals who needs to have something
in their stomach prior to the ritual. If
this is the case, eat breakfast first – wait an hour and then do the Cleansing
Ritual.
